_ A class begins with awareness of how your body feels today. Gentle yoga movements follow to prepare you for the hatha yoga postures. You are taught a structured class and will have an understanding of how to counterbalance postures and how to practice safely. The practice of awareness of each movement; the breath; how the body feels and the contents of the mind help to harmonise you at all levels physically, mentally and emotionally. A short breathing practice followed by relaxation, often Yoga Nidra, completes the session. Classes are suitable for beginners and those with some experience. The opportunity to progress your yoga practice is given throughout each course.
